Try these tech solution tactics:
Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
Enter your email address.
You will receive an email to reset the password. Check your junk folder if it doesn’t arrive in a few minutes, since many workplaces regularly adjust their security filters.
Cut and paste the URL from the email directly into a new browser. Clicking straight from an email may trigger a workplace firewall.
If you click the email link, and it doesn’t work, do NOT try to cut and paste it into the browser, since all links are for single use only. Instead, please return to the main web page and click again on “Forgot your password” to re-send the email. Follow the directions above.
