About The Event
INSTRUCTOR: Stacey D. Hardy-Chandler, PhD, JD, LCSW
Resilience-Driven Leadership (RDL) taps into the core principles of social work leadership and trauma-informed practice to provide attendees with the state-of-the-art tools and strategies they need to serve at the highest levels of excellence. Modules in the training are geared toward:
â—¾Current supervisors, managers and directors
â—¾Clinicians, practitioners and other direct service providers who take on or aspire to managerial roles
â—¾All social workers aiming to sharpen or develop leadership skills
The RDL training series program is comprised of 5 leadership independent modules. Each module is a full-day (7 CE) session. The 5 modules accommodate a wide variety of leadership goals. They are not sequential so social workers can choose to enroll in just 1, attend several or complete the entire program.
Those who successfully complete all 5 modules in the training series program will earn a total of 35 CEs and a "Leadership Certificate" from NASW-VA.
