Self-care is vital for social workers, according to the NASW Code of Ethics, and grief recovery is a deep mode of self-care, so consider registering for this week's grief, loss, and bereavement workshop, "Superhero Grief: What Social Workers Can Learn from the Life and Service of Captain America." The workshop--the first in a series of five grief trainings--will be taught virtually Friday, Jan. 28 from noon to 1:30 p.m. by nationally known expert Jim Martin, PhD, ACSW, LICSW.
