HOW WE STARTED:

Samuel C. Gray (CEO) renewed his vision to create an organization to serve the needs of his local community.

In 2011, Sam acquired Family Insight in Virginia, with the goal of enhancing the wellbeing of individuals and families in need of mental health support services. He initially operated out of one office with the help of just two employees.

Inside of one year, Family Insight expanded by three offices, and as of 2021 the company employs over 300 people across ten locations.

Family Insight developed its Autism program from the ground up with the help of several key people within and outside of the company, and is continuing to expand its ABA program both in and out of state.
