The Virginia Health Care Foundation (VHCF) is accepting applications for Boost 200+, which accelerates licensure of supervisees in social work and residents in counseling or marriage and family therapy who are planning to practice in Virginia.

Boost 200+ pays for licensure-required supervision. Nearly 70 Boost 200+ enrollees are newly licensed LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs with an additional 250 currently receiving supervision.

·  Candidates must have applied to the Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP) to start supervision, be paying for supervision out of pocket, and have completed ≤60% of their clinical and supervision hours.

·  An Intent to Apply may be submitted at any time. VHCF will invite those meeting program criteria to apply as funds are available.

·  Commitment: Participants must work in Virginia for 4,000 hours (equal to two years full-time) upon licensure.

·  How to Apply: Learn more and submit an Intent to Apply at www.VHCF.org/boost200.

DHP-approved supervisors should click here to be added to VHCF’s supervisor list, a resource for Boost 200+ applicants.
